CURBSIDE PICKUP & SCOOTER REPAIR & SALES APPOINTMENTS

Currently our Curbside Pickup are Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays as well as  Saturday.  SHOP ONLINE – www.verminscooterscanada.com

Hours for Pickup are
Wednesday 12-3
Thursday 12-4
Friday 12-4
Saturday 12-4

Please allow some time for us to ready your order for pickup. We will email when order is ready for pickup – if you do not hear from us please call 403-283-7646 during pickup hours and we will confirm you are good to pickup (sometimes email doesn’t go through)

We ask that you come with a purpose we would like to move as quickly as possible
We can put parts on at this time, but you may need to leave the scooter until the install is complete. 
WE WILLNOT WORK ON A DIRTY SCOOTER, PLEASE ENSURE IT IS CLEAN OR IT WILL BE RETURNED.
We will be practicing social distancing and reduced touch of items – we will not be allowing much touch of items.

Warranty claim – if you are asking for warranty please include a pic of receipt and the broken part. We may be able to get an answer without needing a visit.

WHEN YOU ARRIVE
Please do not enter if you have any COVID-19 Symptoms. If we are uncomfortable with apparent symptoms you will be asked to leave.
Please only 2 people in the store. Parent & 1 Child are fine.

We are requiring the scooter be clean. Dirty, muddy scooters or parts will be returned. You can clean a scooter with mild cleaning products. Don’t get the bearings wet and don’t worry about griptape.

We will examine the scooter and give you an opinion and options. If parts are in need of replacing we will give you options. Please understand we need to keep appointments as short as possible so if you think you may need parts like wheels or grips we ask that you familiarize yourself with our options on our web store verminscooterscanada.com . This will save time and reduce exposure.

Expect to leave the scooter. We will call or email you to let you know if we encounter unforeseen problems or confirm what work we are doing.

Once work is complete you will be able to pay in store. 

Please do not bring us Adult Commuter Scooters we have not carried, we cannot fix them. We also do not work on 3 wheel toddler scooters or any Electric or motorized  scooters. Be aware that $60 Costco or other bigbox store scooters are too expensive to fix or to replace a part.
Charge for assembling a custom scooter or swapping major parts like a new deck is $35

“Dialing” a scooter (tightening to reduce noise) starts at $20

All other labour will be quoted if required but most repairs fall under the two charges above. You will need to pay for parts that are used. Common ones are headsets, bearings, grips.

We do not apply griptape except for new custom builds. We have a griptape video so you can do it at home.

5. ONLINE ORDERS ARE USUALLY READY VERY QUICKLY. PLEASE USE THIS OPTION

6. IF YOU COME TO PICKUP AN ORDER BUT NEED SOMETHING ELSE YOU WILL NEED TO ORDER ONLINE AND WE CAN ADD TO THE PICKUP. YOU CANNOT COME IN WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT TO ADD TO THE ORDER.

CANADA POST EXPERIENCING DELAYS

We are seeing significant delays in Canad Post Deliveries, even locally. Please be patient - their volumes are at Christmas time levles, they have health measures in place which also slow things down. All our packages are arriving, but delays can be lengthy.

CANADA POST STATEMENT FROM APRIL

Canada Post is advising customers across the country to expect delays with their parcel deliveries. The heavy incoming parcel volumes, combined with the important safety measures we’ve implemented in our processing facilities, mean it is taking longer to process. Those measures include physical distancing in facilities that were never designed for keeping people two metres apart.
We continue to operate across the country and have been delivering in record numbers. For example, on Monday April 20, we delivered more than 1.8 million parcels to Canadians. That’s similar to the biggest delivery days we see during the Christmas season. Customers should continue to track their parcels online through canadapost.ca or the Canada Post app.

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO EXHCHANGE OR RETURNS - THIS IS DONE TO PROTECT YOU! - IT ENSURES OUR CUSTOMERS DO NOT RECIEVE ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN PREVIOUSLY OPENED, DISTURBED OR USED THEN PUT BACK  OR PARTS  LEFT OUT.
  • Returns of used merchandise are absolutely not permitted under any circumstances.
  • Items purchased on sale or clearout are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • If we have made a shipping error, we ask the customer return the product, we will pay for the return shipping and replacement product will be shipped once we have received the erroneous shipment.
  • Items cannot be returned if you have changed your mind on colour/model/size/etc
